Wanting this month to start off in a celebratory way, Jenny arranged for one of my favorite days...

We began by fueling up at Latin Soul, in the Lakeside Casino.  This unique restaurant has an amazing daily lunch special. For only $5, we enjoyed two Carne Asada Super Tacos on corn tortillas, Casero cheese, pico slaw, avocado, and sour cream.  Included in the special is a side of pinto beans, Spanish rice, a soft drink and chips with salsa. Muy Bueno!
