Seeing the Irish coast...

Today we spent the day, driving the quiet roads traversing the Mizen Head Peninsula.  Located at Ireland's most southwesterly point, it is world renown for the beauty of its rugged landscape and ancient heritage. Our tour of the Mizen Ring gave us the chance to immerse ourselves in the various strands that make the Mizen unique. From geology, flora, birds and fauna to the influence of man and his history on the landscape... not to mention ample stops for wonderful photographs.

This is so gorgeous. You are inspiring me so much! I can only imagine how people can live in such tranquility, and I love the gloomy weather! xoxo xandra
