Tours, a long lunch, Scrabble...
With only one full day to show off Spoleto to David and Karen, we did our very best. We strolled the ancient streets and meandered the back alleys, admiring old architecture and new places we had yet to find.
A three hour lunch at Villa Marianna lived up to the Umbrian hype by which we described it. Too many courses to remember with a couple of liters of red wine, made the afternoon fly by. The day ended, after a long evening passeggiata, playing SCRABBLE® in Italian.
