Cheese curds! Where have they been all my life?
We have discovered the wonderfulness of Wisconsin cheeses especially in the form of "the curd". We are now Curd Crazy…the state of euphoria experienced after consuming Wisconsin Cheese Curds. Signs include persistent cheesy thoughts, chronic cow dreams and a continued craving for more curds. I'm so going to love it here in the land of dairy!

They are so yummy for sure and you cannot get them just anywhere either! Sounds like so much fun for all of you! :)
We should go to the farmers market in Santa Rosa when you visit and try different kinds of goat cheese. Unless California goat cheese is considered sacrilegious after Wisconsin cow cheese. ^_^
