A Camel: Stop the Car!

While on our drive home from our nature walk we rounded a bend and saw this cutie.

We were on a road we had never traversed and it wasn't until we looked back that we saw the sign explaining it all... we were at Sugarplum Zoo.
I am beyond disappointed that we never knew this was here when it was open. Wow. Sugarplum Zoo is "dedicated to providing the highest quality, professional, educational and beautiful animal attraction and interaction with an emphasis on safety and enjoyment for both guests and animals. They have a full exotic Zoo with some unusual animals you normally wouldn’t be able to see!"

 In addition they are an artisan chocolate company providing some of the world’s finest 5-Star Hotels with chocolate amenities. This, the world’s first Zoo and Chocolate Shoppe, was nominated For “Hospitality of the Year” in 2019. We will be back!
