We went off the hill for our Friday night music merriment as we met our Nevada friends, Steve and Laura, for the Bently Family Summer Concert Series.
Mike Furlong's Raised on Radio show had everyone dancing. Since the four of us met in the 80s, the Cars songs and Tom Petty tunes could not have been more perfect.As the night progressed, smoke from the fire in Yosemite crept into the valley. Sadly, this seems to be a more common occurrence in our summer nights over the last few years. Acknowledging that fact, we still thoroughly enjoyed the wonderfulness the evening provided.
