Our 2nd Snow Day...
WOW, we woke to at least 6-8 inches of the most glorious powder. What fun!
And with snow, you get snowplows...a common scene in our neighborhood. At times, it was almost whiteout conditions.
We loved this cross-country skier out with his dog.
And the giggles from the neighbor girls were infectious.
Our cabin never looks prettier than when blanketed in snow.
The change in scenery demanded a stroll to admire the Lake.
Weather occurring elsewhere was still very evident.
Is this spectacular or what? So serene. I do 💙 Tahoe... in all seasons (and in the little time we've been back we've experienced three seasons).
"Snow was falling,
so much like stars
filling the dark trees
that one could easily imagine
its reason for being was nothing more
than prettiness.”
