Lazy Day on the Kenai Peninsula...

Some Alaska days are just spent moseying along dirt roads and parking next to lakes to gaze. Today was that kind of day.

Hanging out on the Cook Inlet is pretty interesting especially due to its tidal fluctuations, which regularly reach 25 feet. So when the tide is out, it is way out.
Mooseying along?
Johnson Lake is our camp for the night. Tomorrow, Homer will be home!

Have you lost your sunny days? Its been looking pretty overcast recently and it seems like you've been seeing more blue in ice than skies these days.
