La Jolla with Jackie...
We took a wonderful drive south to see our friend, Jackie, who summers in our South Lake Tahoe neighborhood. She treated us to a delicious lunch at The Shores where we spent hours getting caught up.
Dessert was at home, compliments of Karen, who picked a perfect, belated, birthday gift... Happy Birthday Oreos.
It was a pretty incredible day!

Know what else looks colorful and delicious? The Oreo cookies! Breyers has an Oreo birthday cake ice cream flavor which is a 'must-have' around the birthday.
