Guten Appetit!

We truly feel that we are in Austria in this unique part of Northern Italy.  One huge difference is the Tirolean cuisine.  Wurst and sauerkraut, spinach dumplings, delicious breads and really good beer make us forget we're still in Italia.

Mmmm the beer does look good (especially in front of that big beautiful building)! Do you not love Italian beer? Or is it just expensive compared to vino?
The bread picture reminds me that I was going to make bread today, but have been side tracked. I need to put it on the list.
How were the spinach dumplings?
