14,866 Steps Around Tahoe...

The itinerary of today was quite diverse and super fun!

We parked at Rabe Meadow and walked to Round Hill Pines Resort.

The biggest surprise was this coyote who was so close to us, hung around for several minutes, and was not at all interested in us.

Our walk was one through history as we explored the historic (and defunct since 1969) Round Hill Pines Resort.

We wanted to share something different with Cindy. We chose well. What a day!
Lunch, lakeside, was absolutely idyllic... great people watching, delicious food, and beautiful scenery.

After dinner, we strolled to Revive for a Tamarack Fire fundraiser and very entertaining live music.
"Hailing from Lake Tahoe’s South Shore, the Residents provide an upbeat musical experience, mixing beloved classic songs from the last several decades with heartfelt original tunes by various band members. Formed in 2020, the Residents share a two-fold commitment to rocking your world and uplifting their community."

Cyndi and Steve joined in the fun and there was dancing. Oh, the dancing!
And I love a band that plays Johnny Cash. Here's a brief video to help you experience a little of the musical magic.
We are so loving Tahoe right now!
