An evening of Opera...

To hear opera in the country where it all began (in the 16th century) is a truly unforgettable experience.  What better way to spend a summer evening than listening to works by Mozart, Rossini, Bellini, Donizetti, Menotti, Verdi, Tosti and Puccini, mostly sung in Italian.  Che bello!

Any subject is good for opera
if the composer feels it so intently he must sing it out.

-Gian Carlo Menotti

These guys look too fit to be opera singers! Just kidding.
Another amazing day in Spoleto I suppose. I just need to figure out how I can make it back there before you leave...
