We are College Students... Go Coyotes!

Since we have no real travel planned for the next few months, Steve and I have signed up for classes at Lake Tahoe Community College.

We are taking three different classes, over four days, for a total of six workouts  a week. It's Denise & Steve get fit time. On Mondays and Wednesdays, we will be experiencing the joys of Weight Training & Cardiovascular Endurance followed by the relaxing Vinyasa Yoga. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we rise in the dark for a 7 AM class called SPIN: Strength Core Training with Nutrition Education. Oh man, if we're not in shape in 12 weeks, there is no hope for us.

As someone who loves being healthy I have to say, this may be a lot, and you may be very sore.
But why should that stop you?
I can’t wait to hear about it! (All the good things, of course.)
