Wanting to propose someplace special in the town where it kind of all began (South Lake Tahoe), K escorted T to the summit of Mt. Tallac (a 4.8 mile hike with an over 3,000' elevation gain). Besides the fact that they were getting engaged, which is awesome in its own right, they did this arduous hike in 2 hours and 10 minutes- an exceptional accomplishment!

Jenny took the two top photos from her back deck. This is the view, through the two trees, without the use of her telephoto lens. How totally cool.
And this is the first photo of T as K's fiancée. It is so exciting for all of us and we couldn't be happier.
