Tehachapi to Celebrate Leslie's Birthday

To break up the long drive home to Tahoe from SoCal, we turned left on Highway 58 and headed to the quaint town of Techachapi.

We arrived last night and made dinner for Barbara and Leslie. It was so great to reconnect and we enjoyed reminiscing about our long friendship.

The sunrise from Leslie's porch is breathtaking.

Leslie sent us on our way with the most amazing Ecuadorian breakfast.

Hummingbird watching was exceptional.
