Time Valued Birthday Card Needed
I follow More Love Letters (MLL) which is an avenue for people who need postal encouragement. This current one, for Delaney Krings, pulls at my heartstrings. I just had to share. If you're in a position to send a last birthday card to her, it would be greatly appreciated by her and her family.
This is the actual wording on the MLL page:
This request is extremely time sensitive. Today (12/16) Delaney Krings turns five years old. Delaney was recently diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and doctors have said she has only a matter of weeks to live. Because of an infection, Delaney's time here will be even shorter than previously expected. Her family has requested birthday cards for her as they want to make the end of her brief life as full of joy and smiles as possible. Her mom said, "She brought light and love to people. That's why she is our angel. And apparently she's being called to finish her angel work elsewhere."
