As we drove to Santa Rosa, I chose one winery to stop and visit before arriving for our weekend away.  All agreed I had chosen wisely- Jacuzzi Family Vineyards.

This amazing place made us feel as if we were back in Italy.  Its history is classic- big Italian family immigrates to America and makes it big- first with propellers then with hot tubs... yes, THAT Jacuzzi family.

We tasted only their reds and we were very impressed.

The Olive Press Olive Oil Tasting Room and Gift Shop is dedicated to anything and everything having to do with olives and olive oil and we delighted in tasting numerous flavors... and fell in love with a coconut balsamic.

The grounds demand a longer linger which should involve a picnic, more wine and friends.
