CW and Mr, Spoons: Music at the Library

Steve and I became fans of this musical duo when we saw them perform last year.  While planning the program schedule for the Friends of the Library, I thought they would be perfect because, along with singing great songs, CW shares the history of the music and the instruments.  You leave not only entertained but educated.  Perfect for our library audience.

CW and Mr. Spoons brought the western ragtime guitar and ‘wonder bucket’ for a concert on the Library’s lawn. Plunk and pizzazz truly follow this fun pair wherever they go.
Mr. Spoons and his contraption were amazing to watch.
Afterward, CW and Mr. Spoons said this was one of their best gigs:  beautiful setting, quiet environment, and a lot of really great feedback/energy from the audience.
Here is just a glimpse of the fun night we all had.  I talk of magical Tahoe moments, this was definitely another one of them!
