Broccoli Soup
1 head Broccoli
French Bread - Sliced
Garlic
Pecorino Cheese
Olive Oil
Lemon
Pepper fresh Ground
1 head Broccoli
French Bread - Sliced

Par cook broccoli until just tender. Remove and save liquid, keep hot. Toast bread and rub with garlic clove. Place in the bottom of a bowl and add hot broth. Add a few spears of broccoli. Top with olive oil, lemon juice, ground pepper and grated Pecorino cheese. The cure for a cold day...

Ok, if your going to outdo me on food pictures, well I just don't know. Fantastic job on the broth. Hope it tasted as good as it looked. Enjoy you trip to Greece, and the train ride is easy and painless.
