Wild Holidays at the Safari Park

Our Sunday night was spent back at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.

David and Karen joined us to "See the Safari Park in a whole new light! Take a holiday expedition of light and travel through places that glow and twinkle with holiday cheer. Holiday tunes set the mood, and seasonal food treats tempt you throughout your journey."

Everything was magically illuminated. What a wild holiday night indeed.
We even experienced snow as we "Join our adventurer extraordinaire for interactive fun and surprises, as he reads his original holiday story, Twas the Night Before Wild Holidays.”

One of the most magical components of the evening were the Firefly Stilt Walkers. "As you travel around the Lagoon, encounter these beautifully lighted performers as they venture and glow in the night."

"Experience the season with magical touches at locations that showcase holiday décor and specially designed, lighted trees that make for the perfect family photo opportunity."

"Holiday lights and décor give these pathways a magical glow after dark."

"See this amazing Southwest Garden lighted in holiday cheer."
The Bridge of Lights was by far my most favorite of the night. "Let your holiday expedition of light take you through this musical and magical lighted archway."
Undulating to the Christmas melodies, I had a very hard time leaving this tunnel of magic. So dang awesome! The entire Park was an eye sensation. What unforgettable memories were made.
And I got to visit with Santa, a highlight!

“Oh, Christmas isn’t just a day, it’s a frame of mind.”
