A Very Marionette Christmas...
I am a fan of puppets (Steve not so much). This afternoon I attended the Friends of the Temecula Library production of A Very Marionette Christmas and loved it. By the way, I was the ONLY adult in the audience without a child (or three) in tow. Hysterical.
Each of the characters was crafted by puppeteer Tait Hill.
"The gang's all here with all the fun, excitement and artistry you can expect from Pullin' Strings Puppet Productions! Meet all of Santa's helpers and friends including Jack Frost, The Princess of Winter, Twink the Elf and even The Dancing Peppermint Sticks!"
At the end of the Holiday component of the show, Tait shared with the audience a variety of puppets and even demonstrated how to make some ourselves.
I even got to hang out with Jack Frost... wait, he's hanging out with me (marionette humor folks). I truly am a kid at heart.
“We nurture our creativity when we release our inner child.
Let it run and roam free.
It will take you on a brighter journey.”
