Finding a place where we could spend five affordable nights was a challenge, but we all agreed, we had picked the ideal spot- the 308 Park Ave Condo.

Within walking distance to everywhere, "location, location, location" was so accurate.
Built in the 70s, there was a very groovy feel to it with unique architectural features. But it was well appointed and served our needs amply.

Each couple had their own room and bathroom.

This view from our bedroom was stunning and we could watch the skiers swoosh down the runs. What a great place to spend a family holiday and DO Park City.
