More Music in Minden, NV

We barely settled back in Tahoe when we headed down the hill for the GE Family Concert Series in Minden. It is fast becoming one of our favorite summer events.


Kae and I experienced a flashback with my contribution to dessert. The Ding Dongs were surprisingly not as bad as one might have expected.
Savannah Blue: A Southern Rock Revue was the talent. This six piece Northern California band is not just a tribute to ONE of the great Southern Rock Bands, but a salute to ALL of the best! From Skynyrd to the Allman Brothers, from The Outlaws to The Marshall Tucker Band, from Molly Hatchet to 38 Special. They rocked the park!
This event was really well attended. Word of mouth is spreading the news about this small town experience that is unforgettable.
