| I think this is the first time that I've been in a hurry for a Scrabble game to end. I wanted to eat chocolate! By the looks of it, we all did. |

| We then attended the very informative Barton Health's lecture: Cardiovascular Adaptations of
High Altitude Living with David Young, MD. We learned about normal physiologic changes; effects of sleep disorder breathing; the effects on blood pressure and what we can do to stay healthy. We also learned a great deal about the importance of acclimating to the elevation which we plan to share with all our visitors. Consider yourself warned! |
