Escrow closed... moving tomorrow!
At 3 AM tomorrow, Steve and I will be driving down US 395 looking a lot like "The Beverly Hillbillies". Today was one of those days where everything came together and like magic, we were given the go ahead for our move.
When we tell people we're moving, the most common response we get is "Why Tahoe?" When asked that question, I respond back, "Have you ever been to Tahoe?" It's not surprising that 99% of the inquirers have never been to there.
For those who might be contemplating the same question, I hope this blog helps to give you more clarity and show you our #1 answer, in the simplest form, "Why not Tahoe?".

Wow! What a great sense of accomplishment for you and Steve. How is Tahoe, guys? I bet you are already enjoying such a wonderful place. A lot of people find it difficult to close their escrow which leads them to fall into a financial hole. Management and perseverance is the key to success and you've both displayed that.
