Friends (TV Show) Nail Polish
When I spotted this nail polish display, I was rather surprised as Friends was new way back in 1994. But hey, we still love the sitcom, as do our children. Maybe a whole new generation is wanting to sit on the orange couch, too.
Sally Hansen collaborated with the hit TV show Friends for a nail polish collection. The line features ten shades of both bright hues and wearable neutrals, inspired by iconic moments from the show. There are shades like Pivot, a glittery orange that won't chip if you just so happen to be taking a couch up an impossibly large number of stairs; Oh. My. Cawfee, a neutral mocha brown that will make you long for a coffee from Central Perk; He's Her Lobster, a deep red to show your own lobster that you're available; and a cheery yellow Phoebe's Taxi. The pretty sparkling pink, I'll Be There for Hue is a clever play on the theme song.
How You Bluein?, while funny for the shade, and a famous Joey saying, disappointed. Everyone in our family thought it should be, Ichiban: Lipstick for Men.
If you're not a Friends fan, this is probably not nearly as funny to you as it is to us! I'm still cracking up at all the memories evoked by this new product. Yes, the marketing worked! I might just have to get Lavendoor or perhaps, The One With the Teal. Could it BE any funnier? Hysterical.
