One of the reasons we're in SoCal is to help my mother-in-law get to some important doctors' appointments, post- new knee surgery. While we accomplished a great deal, we also fit in some fun memories.

Our favorite "Happy Hour" spot is the Chart House in Cardiff by the Sea.
How can one not feel joy here?
Lettuce wraps, prime rib sliders and a view that is enviable. Oh yes, life is good.
