| We have very little occasion to dress up, so when the Tahoe Tallac Association invited us to a volunteer appreciation celebration, in the historic Grand Hall of Valhalla, we knew just what to wear. |

| Carolyn, our exceptional leader at TTA, asked me if we were certain we were going to make it back to Tahoe in time for this event. I assured her that there was no way we would miss it. Part of the ceremony was the awarding of Volunteer of the Year. Steve and I, along with our friend, Robert, were the recepients of that huge honor. Our names have never been on a plaque before. Needless-to-say, we were surprised, delighted and very appreciative. |
