Our Friday Night Partie Deux

Our evening concluded at a class offered by Temecula Community Services- a Couple's Date Night Cooking Workshop.

Of the various offerings, the French Bistro called our name. The menu was French Onion Soup and a thin Apple Tarte... Délicieux!
About our culinary leader, "Celine Cossou is a self-taught Cooking Instructor with more than 15 years of teaching experience, and a life-long passion for healthy cooking. Born in Paris and raised in the South of France, she essentially discovered cooking as a child through her mother, who had herself inherited her talents and recipes from a long family-tradition of fine cooking."



While the recipe, her grandmother's, wasn't complex, it was time consuming. Who knew you could stir onions until your arm got tired?





We have offered to take our new found knowledge and apply it to a Date Night with our guinea pigs friends, David and Karen. Wish them Bonne Chance. What fun.
