A Bear, A Hike & A History Lesson
Trash day can always be surprising. Today, I barged forth and almost bumped into this big guy. Jenny said that I should always take the trash out with a camera and an empty bladder... very wise advice.
Wanting to share our Tahoe favorites, we went into Desolation Wilderness.
Lunch was at Granite Lake- always a crowd-pleaser.
The Lake Tahoe Historical Society hosted an Old Timers presentation at the Historic Camp Richardson Lodge.
Five people told their story of long ago Tahoe. Gene (far left), our friend and neighbor, shared tales of the 80 years he's been in our neighborhood. We all walked away knowing just a little bit of this small town we call home.
