A Safari Park SAFARI...

Cindy really wants to experience an African Safari. Since that is nowhere on my bucket list, I offered her what I was willing to do... a Deluxe Safari at San Diego Zoo's Safari Park.

How could we resist? "Spend even more time with your favorite wildlife! On this 90-minute safari, you’ll venture into habitats representing Africa and/or Asia for up-close views of giraffes, rhinos, and many other species. Enjoy amazing photo opportunities while learning about how caring for wildlife here helps us to conserve wildlife around the world."
Since a "picture is worth a thousand words", I'll let the images explain just how magical this day was.



































I'll let this rhinoceros answer the questions you probably have about our safari. Yes, it was even better in the rain. Yes, I took over 200 photos. Yes, I saw so many new animals not previously seen (especially so close). Yes, Cindy loved it. And yes, we would do it all again. YES!
