Day #5 of Steve's birthday month was spent at a cowboy shindig and we loved it. Yeehaw!

Our day at the historic Celio Ranch was a fundraiser for Bread & Broth, a charitable organization whose mission is to feed those who are less fortunate. They provide a hot, well-balanced meal, free of charge, to all who come through their doors and have been since 1989. How cool is that?
Reggie Hall's country/western playlist had the crowd two stepping and watermelon crawling (I had no idea what that was either).

Lunch was a mouth-watering barbecue including fresh, caught that morning, Lake Tahoe salmon. What a treat!

Western attire was plentiful. Check out these cute cowgirls (Chris and Donna).
Good friends, good music, good cause... It was a great way to spend the day!
