Horseback riding overlooking Lake Tahoe...

I have wanted to go horseback riding for years, however, Steve has never been a willing participant.  Well, since he's in Reno for the weekend, I treated myself to a morning of equine excitement.  It could not have been a more idyllic day for a ride.

At Lake Tahoe, all trails lead to fun! Zephyr Cove Resort Stables guided horseback trail rides are a great way to experience the area's serenity and beauty. As you amble over forested scenic trails you'll enjoy amazing vistas of the crystal clear blue lake and the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains.  Rides offered are 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours – all with friendly cowboys as your guide.

Looks like another perfect day for you! Great for you, I have always wanted to do it but no way! As I am a big chicken!

Glad you had fun but where is your helmet?! Safety first!

Was Steve jealous at all after seeing the pictures, or relieved?
Hahaha.
(Steve, I don't like riding horses either!)
